A bill to reform Scotland's outdated and unjust prostitution laws has been introduced in the Scottish Parliament.
Ash Regan MSP's 'Unbuyable' Bill, formally titled the Prostitution (Offences and Support) (Scotland) Bill, would criminalise paying for sex, while decriminalising and providing support for victims of sexual exploitation.
The Unbuyable Bill would finally shift the burden of criminality off victims of sexual exploitation and onto the perpetrators. It would reduce demand, transform public attitudes and deter sex traffickers.
